the present progressive expresses an activity that is in progress at the moment of speaking. it is a temporary activity that began in the past. it is continuing at the present and will probably end at the some point in the future. present continuous is also called present progressive.
present continuous tense atau yang juga bisa disebut present progressive adalah bentuk kata kerja yang digunakan untuk menyatakan aksi yang sedang berlangsung (present) atau masa depan (future).
structure:
subject + b e (is/am/are) + v1 (ing) + object + adverb of time
example :
the students are sitting at their desks right now.

1. i am going to cinema with my sister tonight
2. roby is working in a restaurant this week
3. i'm driving a car to solo today
4. we are studying english today
5. he is moving to bandung this month
6. my boyfriend is taking me to the mall tonight
